We repair all makes and models of PCs purchased by UK customers
regardless of the place of purchase. If your PC is still under warranty, however,
you should always take it back to the place of purchase if possible.
We can also repair non-PC items such as printers and digital
cameras provided they were purchased from Dart Computing.
Because of the complexity of computer equipment we need to see
your PC in order to quote for repair. To receive your estimate just book in
your repair job using the form below. We usually take around 24 hours to provide
an estimate once we have received the equipment: if you choose not to proceed we charge
just 18+VAT to cover our inspection costs.
We can call out to your premises to carry out the repair, but
this involves a callout charge (see price list opposite) and in some instances
we may still need to bring the equipment back to the workshop in order to carry out
an efficient repair.
Customers may send their equipment to us by insured post or carrier
provided they have completed the repair request form and received a repair number
from us. In these cases we will notify you exactly which parts of your PC need
to be sent to us. Return carriage will be charged at cost.
